My Story

I'm Ray. Born in Durango, Mexico. Raised in the American Midwest. Shaped by everything in between. I spent 13 years in blue collar work. Industrial painting, CNC machining, welding. Then on March 13, 2021, everything changed. One accident. One second. And I almost didn't make it back. That moment didn't break me. It redirected me. I got sober. I got licensed. I built a company. Now I'm building Raycast: The Open Podcast because someone out there needs to hear that it's possible to rebuild from zero and build something real.
